LE BASSIN DU CONGO A L’EPREUVE DU RECHAUFFEMENT CLIMATIQUE, UNE SONNETTE D’ALARME POUR LES ETATS RIVERAINS. Cas de figure RD Congo – Tchad

Résumé La présente réflexion porte sur l’examen des capacités naturelles et managériales des Etats riverains du Bassin du Congo à se prémunir ou à atténuer les effets dévastateurs du réchauffement climatique, cet infâme cataclysme. En effet, ces Etats devraient tirer la sonnette d’alarme et comprendre l’importance des Ressources en eau dudit Bassin, car avoir accès à l'eau est devenu un enjeu économique puissant à l'échelle planétaire qui pourrait devenir, dans le 21ème siècle courant, l'une des premières causes de tensions internationales voire des guerres. Mots-clés : bassin du Congo, épreuve du réchauffement climatique, sonnette d’alarme, Etats riverains, RD Congo, Tchad Abstract This reflection focuses on the examination of the natural and managerial capacities of the riparian States of the Congo Basin to protect themselves or to mitigate the devastating effects of global warming, this infamous cataclysm. Indeed, these States should sound the alarm and understand the importance of the Water Resources of the said Basin, because having access to water has become a powerful economic issue on a planetary scale which could become, in the 21st century current, one of the main causes of international tensions and even wars.
