NECESITE D’UNE SOCIOLOGIE DE TRANSPORTS. ESSAI D’ANALYSE D’UN NOUVEAU PARADIGME

Résumé Le transport pris dans sa globalité est un phénomène social incontournable dans nos vies actuellement en ce temps de mondialisation. Il est considéré comme l’Alpha et l’Omega dans plusieurs domaines de la vie en société. En d’autres termes, il est fait par l’homme et pour l’homme d’une part et d’autre part, il est le début et à la fin de la quasi-totalité des activés dans la production et la consommation notamment dans l’agriculture, le mine, le commerce...etc. Paradoxalement, la littérature y afférente n’est pas abondante dans les sciences dites sociales. Ainsi, notre contribution dans cette réflexion consiste à déceler et expliquer la cause d’une part et à proposer les pistes de solutions d’autre part. Le transport étant un phénomène globalisant, il s’avère capital qu’il soit pris en charge par une science qui peut prendre en compte les différents aspects. Notons par exemple que l’offre et la demande sont expliquées par l’économie du transport; les contrats entre les partenaires relèvent du droit de transport, la route (terre, l’air, ou mer, lac, fleuve) est de l’apanage de l’environnement et la géographie. Mais toutes ces sciences ne peuvent pas couvrir le phénomène transport dans sa totalité et globalité. Mots clés : Nécesité, sociologie, transport, paradigme Abstract Transport taken as a whole is an essential social phenomenon in our lives today in this time of globalization. He is considered the Alpha and Omega in many areas of life in society. In other words, it is made by man and for man on the one hand and on the other hand, it is the beginning and the end of almost all activities in production and consumption in particular in agriculture, mining, trade, etc. Paradoxically, the relevant literature is not abundant in the so-called social sciences. Thus, our contribution in this reflection consists in detecting and explaining the cause on the one hand and in proposing possible solutions on the other hand. Since transport is a globalizing phenomenon, it is crucial that it be handled by a science that can take into account the different aspects. Note, for example, that supply and demand are explained by the economics of transport; the contracts between the partners come under transport law, the road (land, air, or sea, lake, river) is the prerogative of the environment and geography.
